Kitagawa Keiko is a popular model & actress under management of Stardust. She debut on 2003 for the role of Sailor Mars , Hino Rei in sentai serie Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon. In the same year she also won the title of Miss Seventeen which land her into modeling for SEVENTEEN Japan. For 3 year, she had been magazine is top model and a frequent face in it cover. But in September 15, 2006 issue, the magazine announce her departure for she will focus on her being an actress. Currently she had land with few leading roles in a movie star with Cherry Pie.
